A stunning hosta with heart shaped, glossy lime to mid-green leaves which form a neat full compact mound. It is the dark purple colour of the stem that infuses the base of the leaf that makes this hosta special. The foliage is crowned by sprays of lavender flowers in late summer. Good slug resistance.

HOSTA RASPBERRY SUNDAE

A lovely compact hosta with variegated foliage featuring stark white leaf centres trimmed with a deep green margin and striking deep burgundy coloured stems and at the leaf base. An outstanding compact blue Hosta bred in NZ. The new leaves of 'Silver Knight' are a strong blue fading to silver blue with age, quickly forming a dense clump of foliage and producing pale mauve flowers in summer. Although more tolerant of North Island humidity, it still requires a moist well drained soil and a shady location.
